Hey friend 👋 Welcome to paolospickle.com! Before you dive in, here are a few things you should know about how this site works. I’ll keep it simple, but this is the stuff that helps keep things fair and running smoothly for everyone.
Using this site:
Feel free to browse, shop, and enjoy the site for your own personal (non-commercial) use. Just please don’t do anything shady, illegal, or try to mess with the site—this is a space for good vibes only.
My content = my stuff:
Everything on this site—artwork, designs, photos, logos, and text—is part of what I’ve created or licensed for this project. Please don’t copy, repost, or remix anything without asking first. If you want to collaborate or use something, hit me up!
Product info:
I do my best to keep all the merch info, photos, prices, and descriptions accurate and up to date—but I’m human, so mistakes might happen. I might update or change things without notice too.
Ordering & paying:
If you place an order, make sure your info is accurate so I can get it to you without a hitch. I reserve the right to cancel an order if something seems off (like potential fraud or an item that suddenly sells out).
Shipping & delivery:
I’ll get your order out as quickly as possible, but delivery times can vary depending on where you are and how things go with the shipping carriers. Once it’s out of my hands, I’m relying on them to get it to you.
Returns & refunds:

Legal stuff (gotta say it):
I’m not responsible for any damage (direct, indirect, accidental, etc.) that might come from using this site or the merch. By using paolospickle.com, you’re agreeing to that.

If I ever need to cut things off:
I can suspend or end your access to the site if you violate these terms—or honestly, for any reason I think is necessary to keep this a safe and fair space.
Legal jurisdiction:
Since I’m based in the UK, all of this is governed by UK law. If there’s ever a dispute (hopefully not!), the courts here would handle it.
